Lisa Arnold is an ordained Elder, Servant Leader, Senior Executive, and Leadership Consultant with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence at the intersection of ministry and marketplace. A trusted advisor to senior leadership across faith-based, nonprofit, and organizational sectors, she has built a distinguished career mastering the complexities of executive administration, organizational strategy, leadership development, and large-scale event management.

Lisa’s journey began as a volunteer in her local church, where her diligence, integrity, and spirit of excellence quickly positioned her for greater assignments. For nearly two decades, she served in C-suite and senior executive roles, leading global operations and managing high-level administrative functions, including strategic scheduling, international travel, event production, and global affairs. Known for her ability to seamlessly bridge ministry and marketplace, she became the behind-the-scenes force ensuring leaders operated with clarity, precision, and excellence.

Lisa’s educational foundation further strengthens her ability to lead with strategy and insight. She holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She is also a graduate of The Potter’s House School of Ministry and Dr. Cindy Trimm’s Kingdom School of Ministry, receiving formal training in ministry leadership, organizational development, and strategic administration.
