Payment & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for payment and service cancellation for all offerings provided by Kingdom Girl Consulting, LLC (KGC). By engaging with our services, the client agrees to the terms set forth below.

Service Fees and Payment Structure
 

  • Consultation Services

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.

    • Consultation fees are non-refundable.
       

  • Project-Based Services

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate and secure project work.

    • The schedule for the remaining balance payments will be detailed within the client's service contract and must be adhered to.
       

  • Retainer Services

    • Billed on a monthly cycle, payment must be received in full before the commencement of the service month.

    • Retainers reserve dedicated time and access to KGC resources and are non-refundable.
       

  • Personal Assistant for a Day

    • The full service fee must be paid at the time of booking.

    • Dates and time slots are not confirmed or held without prior payment.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all services:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • ACH transfers

  • Online invoice/payment portal
     

Late Payments and Service Interruption

  • Invoices that remain unpaid after five (5) business days from the due date may be subject to a late fee.

  • KGC reserves the right to pause all ongoing work or services until the outstanding payment is successfully received.
     

Refund and Service Expiration Policy

  • Refunds: All payments made for KGC services are strictly non-refundable.

  • Service Expiration: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, all services purchased must be utilized within a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.

  • Deposit Transfer: A project deposit may be transferred one time to a different project or service, provided KGC receives advance written notice of this request.
     

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
 

Consultations and Sessions

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a consultation or session once, provided KGC receives a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Notice: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will require a new booking and full payment.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or session without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the payment for that service.
     

Personal Assistant for a Day

  • Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date.

  • Requests received after the 72-hour window will result in the forfeiture of
    the full payment.
     

Projects and Retainers

  • Deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable.

  • Should a client cancel a project after work has commenced, the client remains responsible for payment covering all completed work up to the date of cancellation, in accordance with the terms of the signed contract.
     

Missed Meetings

  • Missed project meetings or sessions that are part of a larger project or retainer must be rebooked promptly by the client.

  • The rebooking of missed sessions may lead to necessary adjustments in the overall project timeline.

 

Exceptions and Company Cancellations

  • Client Emergencies: Exceptions to this policy, such as those related to client emergencies, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by KGC management.

  • KGC Rescheduling: If Kingdom Girl Consulting, LLC must reschedule a consultation or service due to a company emergency, the client will be rescheduled for a new date at no additional charge.
